My venue doesn't have a piano, can you bring your own? 

Yes. I can provide my own professional digital piano and sound system if your venue doesn’t have a piano available.

If your venue requires documents such as Public Liability Insurance or PAT testing, I’m happy to provide these in advance.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

That’s absolutely fine. Wedding timings can change, so just keep me

updated and I’ll always do my best to accommodate where possible.

How much time do you need to set up? 

If I’m bringing my own equipment, I usually arrive around 30 minutes

before my performance time.

 

Setup takes around 10 minutes, but I like to allow extra time so everything

is ready before your guests arrive.

Can I choose the songs for my ceremony?

Absolutely!  You’re welcome to choose the music for key moments such as

the guest arrival, aisle walk, signing of the register and exit.

Some couples also like to have a different song for the bridesmaids’ entrance and a special piece for the bride, or even a short mashup of two songs. I’m always happy to get creative and arrange something that feels personal to you.

If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?

Absolutely. I’m very happy to perform on a venue piano, provided it’s in good working condition and properly tuned.

Ideally this means all keys and pedals are functioning and the piano is tuned for the event (just so it sounds the best for you!)

Can you learn song requests before the event? 

Yes. I’m happy to learn a special song for your ceremony if it isn’t already in

my repertoire. Just let me know in advance so I can prepare it for your day.

Do you travel to venues outside your area?

Yes, I’m happy to travel to weddings and events across the UK. Travel costs

are charged at 45p per mile depending on the distance to your venue.

How do we secure our date?

Your date is secured with a deposit. Once this is received, I’ll confirm

your booking and reserve the date in my diary.
